Shipping Policy

Genesis Health Products, Inc tries to use the most reliable carriers to ship our products in the most timely manner. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day. You will receive communication from the shipping carrier as to the status of your order. When out of stock, you will be notified. Presale orders will be shipped when the product is in stock.

*We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once the shipping courier has confirmed the delivery has been completed.

While Genesis Health Products, Inc strives to provide our unique supplements to a global clientele, we would like you to be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

You as the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
