Genesis Health Products, Inc tries to use the most reliable carriers to ship our products in the most timely manner. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day. You will receive communication from the shipping carrier as to the status of your order. When out of stock, you will be notified. Presale orders will be shipped when the product is in stock.
Due to United States Postal Service delivery slowdown, shipping may take longer if you choose USPS Domestic or International.
While Genesis Health Products, Inc strives to provide our unique supplements to a global clientele, we would like you to be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
You as the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
***Please note in some countries UPS charges 3x the amount in custom fees and taxes vs USPS. Please take into consideration when selecting your shipping method. This is a known issue and unfortunately out of our control.***
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Genesis Health Products Inc. (“GHP”) operates several websites including Genesis-Health-Products.com , GenesisGold.com, Lovedance.com, TheHormoneQueen.com, JouyousTransformation.com, and FullCircleFamilyHealth.com. It is GHP’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Like most website operators, GHP collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. GHP’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how GHP’s visitors use its websites. From time to time, GHP may use non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website for internal use only but will not sell, distribute, transfer, or by any other means, release this information to any company, business entity, corporation, or any other third parties.
GHP also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. GHP only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to GHP’s websites choose to interact with GHP in ways that require GHP to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that GHP gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for our newsletter at TheHormoneQueen.com to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with GHP – by purchasing products at Genesis-Health-Products.com for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, GHP collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with GHP. GHP does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
GHP may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, GHP may monitor the most popular blog posts on the TheHormoneQueen.com, but will not display this information publicly or provide it to others and will not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
GHP discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on GHP’s behalf or to provide services available at GHP’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others; by using GHP’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. GHP will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, GHP discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when GHP believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of GHP, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an GHP website and have supplied your email address, GHP may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with GHP and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. GHP takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
If GHP, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that GHP goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of GHP may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
